Why We Created remMD

At remMD, we know that as a mother your to-do list never truly ends. Worrying about your parents should not be at the top of it. We founded remMD to give families one less thing to stress about.

We believe that safety should not feel like a medical intervention. By bringing doctor-led innovation to mobility aids, we created tools like the Glow Guide that provide proactive safety without the medical look. We are here to give you peace of mind. Meet Dr. Susan Herson, MD

As an Internal Medicine physician, Navy veteran, and global first responder, I've dedicated my career to serving others. Caring for active-duty service members, veterans, civilians—and eventually my own parents—revealed critical gaps in everyday safety and healthcare.

That experience inspired me to found RemMD and create the Glow Guide, an innovative mobility aid designed to improve nighttime visibility, help reduce falls, and give individuals and their families greater confidence and peace of mind.
