Glow Guide requires a full 6 seconds of patience to turn on by continuously holding down the middle button.  

Glow Guide only pairs with Apple devices and only via the Find My app.  It is an Item (See instruction).   You can share Item with friends and family.  No additional subscription is required.

For Androids, use Google’s Find My app but only after initially pairing Glow Guide with an Apple device.

Yes, the Apple Locator Tag can be reset. 

1) First unpair from the original iPhone. 

2) turn unit COMPLETELY OFF by holding button for at least 5 seconds. 

3) hold button for 5 sec to turn unit back ON. 

4) Quickly press button 4 times, and wait for beeping sound.     

If unit is "reset" successfully, unit will beep for couples of seconds. After beeping, you can pair unit with different iPhone.

Glow Guide will last all day on a full charge with average use.

The Docking Station comes with 2 adhesive strips intended for a night table. It should be within arm's reach of where you sleep or spend your nights. To remove the docking station, simply pull the tabs.

Glow Guide is very light; it weighs 8oz.  Glow Guide with the docking station and cord weighs 11 oz.
